What is the Triple Powered Pill?

Triple Powered combines two PDE5 inhibitors, sildenafil (fast onset) and tadalafil (long duration), with a low dose of apomorphine, which works centrally on arousal rather than on blood flow. The combination is for men who want more than one pathway working at once. It comes as a dissolvable tablet (6- or 12-pack), and the same three medications are available as a single-dose liposomal vial (Triple Powered Up Liposomal).

It is prescription-only. A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your health history first and decides whether it is appropriate for you.

How it's taken

Take one tablet as directed by your clinician before sex, typically 30 to 60 minutes beforehand. Your clinician prescribes one of two strengths based on your history. Your pack arrives every 4 weeks in plain packaging.

Who it may be right for

Men 21 and older who want a fast start, a long window and arousal support in one dose, or who haven't had a reliable response to a single medication. A licensed clinician makes the final call after reviewing your history; patients 75 and older are eligible for single-ingredient medications only.

Side effects and safety

Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion and muscle or back aches are the most common effects and are usually mild. Never combine ED medication with nitrates (chest-pain medicines such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat, and tell your clinician about any heart condition, blood pressure medication or alpha-blocker. Seek care right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours or any sudden change in vision or hearing. A licensed clinician reviews your history before prescribing. Apomorphine can also cause nausea, dizziness, drowsiness or yawning, especially at first. Read the full safety information.

Triple Powered questions, answered.

What does apomorphine add?

Sildenafil and tadalafil work on blood flow. Apomorphine works centrally, on arousal signaling, so the three together act on more than one pathway.

Pill or liposomal vial?

The tablet is $102 for a 6-pack or $156 for 12. The same three medications come as a 10-vial liposomal (Triple Powered Up Liposomal) for $109. Pick whichever appeals; your clinician confirms the fit.

Who shouldn't take it?

Anyone taking nitrates or riociguat, and men with certain heart conditions. Your clinician asks about all of this during the assessment, and may decline to prescribe. Patients must be 21 or older; patients 75 and older are eligible for single-ingredient medications only.

How much does it cost?

From $102 a month for a 6-pack ($17 per tablet). The price includes your clinician visits, medication, delivery and care team. No insurance needed; HSA/FSA accepted.

What are the side effects?

Headache, flushing, congestion and indigestion are the most common from the PDE5 inhibitors; apomorphine can add nausea or dizziness at first. Your clinician reviews your history before prescribing and stays available throughout.

What if it isn't right for me?

A licensed clinician decides. If treatment isn't appropriate, you're refunded in full. You can pause or cancel at any time.
