What is Double Powered?
Double Powered combines two PDE5 inhibitors in one as-needed dose: sildenafil, which starts working quickly, and tadalafil, which stays active longer. PDE5 inhibitors relax smooth muscle and increase blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation. It comes as a dissolvable tablet (6- or 12-pack) or as a single-dose liposomal vial (10-pack).

Side effects and safety
Headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion and muscle or back aches are the most common effects and are usually mild. Never combine ED medication with nitrates (chest-pain medicines such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat, and tell your clinician about any heart condition, blood pressure medication or alpha-blocker.
